Elmore Mountain Bread (EMB) stone mills organic, regionally sourced wheat and specialty grains at their wood-fired bakery in Elmore to create their high-quality, fresh-milled flour daily. A dash of maple sugar enhances the incomparable flavor you’ll taste in every pancake or waffle. OFM and EMB have developed a great partnership whereby we supply premium black cherry firewood and pure Vermont maple syrup to the bakery and Blair and her crew provide us with wholesome pancake mix and oven fresh bread. It’s kind of a Vermont match made in heaven!
